According to our Refund Policy, you are subject to the full refund within 30 days since the moment of purchase. If you have any problems running extension, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and we cannot support to fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.

> Before asking for refund, you should have to remove the product from your domain, store, servers, computers, email, etc and confirm by email such removal. After receiving a request we will process the refund within 7 business days.
