Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using Mageefy.com. By purchasing products from Mageefy, we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.

Mageefy is an exclusive copyright holder of all the content on the Site and all the products sold on it and on Magento Marketplace. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.

Any Mageefy extension both paid and free can only be used in one Magento installation.
If the Customer needs to install the extension on multiple Magento installations, a purchase must be made of that extension per Magento installation.

Mageefy reserves the right to refuse support and refunds to customers that do not adhere to this process.

Mageefy offers a 30 day money back guarantee.
From the date of purchase, the customer has up to 30 days to notify the company that they would like to get a refund of the purchased product(s) in a full volume.
Installation, product customization and any support work fees are not refundable.

Each paid and free extension developed by Mageefy comes with free lifetime updates.

Mageefy offers free lifetime free email/live chat support for products purchased on the company’s Site and Magento Marketplace. Mageefy undertakes to timely fix any bugs detected by the Customer when using the extensions. Support includes answering any question related to our products and fixing any bug/issue/error caused by our products which are reported by customers. Our extensions are built and tested on Magento default so that the support does not include fixing any coding conflicts that are related to any third party extension/theme/payment gateway module that is installed on your store/website. In addition, support doesn't also include customizing our product to fit your own needs and any request for customization will require extra cost. Please provide us access to your website for the support (including website URL, admin account, and FTP/SSH info).

Free support service is just applied to paid products. Please notice that we do not offer free support for free extensions, which means if customers ask for any kind of support for a free extension, there will be an extra fee for this kind of service.
